As an Interior Designer, people are always calling me to show me new ideas or introduce me to new stores. But this is really awesome...I went to look at these mirror wraps and fell in love!  I am soon doing a remodel of my bathrooms and eventually the kitchen and this just hits the right spot!  Mirrors are expensive and if you are just looking for a fresh look, and your mirror is in great shape, when this is for you.  I have sold several to builders to use in the new homes,  so I am hoping to get it into design centers.  You can either call the company or call me to give you the bid....I will  not mark it up, I promise!

January white sales

There are still January White Sales, with bedding and bath linens going on sale during the month, but it's not such an obsession any more with homeowners. We actually wish it were, as it was always a great tradition. It was nice to have an annual "trigger" or prompt to get us to change out something in our homes.

Fresh bedding and bath towels are a great way to add a necessary jolt to abedroom and bath - but today, let's get obsessed with bath towels! New Years and new looks

Usually homeowners start thinking about remodeling projects at the start of January.  Truthfully, i think that after all the work for the winter holidays, once it is over we go into a bit of depression.

If you think of it, most major stores will have January white sales, getting you to start decorating and livening up the bedroom.  It really is a great time to start projects, it is not hot and sticky outside and the happiness of  Spring is around the corner.

Please keep me in mind if it is a decorating project, help with de-clutter and getting organized or just some painting.  I would be happy to work with you and help you get your castle in shape.

How Green Is Your Home? Time to Make an Eco Effort! Posted: 04 Sep 2012 06:01 AM PDT   It used to be a rarified few who were interested in green principles for their homes. Now, it's commonplace, and it's common for interior design clients to expect their designers to know about green design. We're talking about low carbon impact, sustainability, using recycled materials, saving energy (in some cases, generating it with wind, solar, passive solar, and geothermal systems), reducing the use and wastage of water, and other means to lessen our homes' impact on the environment. A good designer is able to help a client select building materials, furnishings, and home systems that are eco friendlier. That might mean utilizing  local-made materials that save transportation costs, using natural and sustainable materials, and covering the walls with no-VOC paints.   Thanks for looking sherri
